Age Restriction: If qq212 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during the suspension period will be forfeited pending investigation. This policy is non-negotiable and will be enforced without exception.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, qq212 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. qq212 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your Account has occurred, you must contact qq212 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
qq212 reserves the right to require additional verification documents at any time, including during periodic account reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until compliance is achieved.
Account registration and full KYC verification are required before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents accepted include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid passport, accompanied by a clear selfie photograph. qq212 does not accept expired identification documents.
qq212 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. qq212 does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, third-party payment channel fees, if applicable, are the User's responsibility.
Deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Where qq212 identifies a deposit originating from an account not matching the registered User's identity, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are typically credited to your qq212 Account balance within five minutes. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within one hour, please contact qq212 support with your deposit confirmation reference number.
qq212 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required under applicable law.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. qq212 charges zero platform fees on all withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under your verified qq212 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended during exceptional circumstances such as system maintenance, network outages, or enhanced due-diligence reviews. qq212 will notify affected Users in such circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal is approved, your Account must have completed full KYC verification as described in Clause 4. qq212 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 or that are flagged by our fraud prevention systems.
Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where:
qq212 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. The availability, value, wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible game restrictions applicable to each bonus are published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms attached to that promotion.
General bonus conditions that apply to all qq212 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq212 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
All content on the qq212 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive property of qq212 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without qq212's prior written consent.
All game software provided on the Platform is licensed from certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Use of such software is subject to the applicable end-user license terms of each studio in addition to this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq212 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
Without limiting the foregoing, qq212 specifically excludes liability for:
Where qq212 is found liable for any cause of action, qq212's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits qq212's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by qq212's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
qq212 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
qq212 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Personal data is shared only with KYC verification partners, payment processing providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data is stored on SSL-encrypted servers with access controls limited to authorized personnel.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by qq212, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq212 is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and qq212 regarding any matter covered by this Agreement, you agree to first contact qq212 support to attempt an informal resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days through direct communication with our support team.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents qq212 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
qq212 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, qq212 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Agreement on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users via email or in-Platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance at any time.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
